So do you want to start an affiliate business? Many affiliate marketers that are just starting out seems to be a “Jack of all trades”. You won’t be one of those jacks unless you have the money to outsource the other things in your affiliate promotion.
If you want to start affiliate marketing, I suggest you to learn 80% of what you can learn in affiliate marketing such as website creation, search engine optimization, pay per click marketing, etc.. It’s almost a must if you are in a tight budget which is the most problem of those who are just starting out.
Now, after you have gained commissions and collected your checks, you can now outsource some of the task you need to do. Just for example, if you are promoting products using PPC, you can outsource you landing page and just sit and wait for the finished product. Another task that you can outsource is the article creation. You can go at Elance.com to find some quality ghost writers to create your own articles. These are just some of many tasks that an affiliate marketer is doing in promoting a product.
You don’t have to be a jack of all trades if you want to be an affiliate marketer, unless you have just started. But again, it is easier said than done, right? Just take the first step to become an affiliate marketer to discover the some hidden gems in the internet.

Does anyone actually do Pay per Click still without wracking up huge costs? I think SEO is without doubt the better, cheaper and more effective option but each to their own. Actually I do both. Anyway great blog, Cindy.
